Park City Hideaway
New construction in Discovery Ridge — 4,481 sq ft of mountain modern living with direct trail access to Toll Canyon, a stone fireplace, and Wolf/Sub-Zero kitchen.
The Project
Built for the way Park City people actually live.
Discovery Ridge sits at the edge of Toll Canyon — 1,000 acres of preserved open space that backs directly to the property. The site drove the design: an upper deck facing the hills, a great room that opens wide in summer, and a floor plan built for families who ski hard and gather often. The finishes follow the same logic — stone, hardwood, and appliances that hold up to real use.
Build Highlights
Stone and Siding Exterior
Natural stone anchors the front and rear elevations. White board-and-batten siding and dark metal roof panels sit above it — a combination that reads as mountain modern without chasing a trend.
Kitchen Built Around the Wolf Range
White cabinetry, a working island with bar seating, and black-framed windows that look straight out to the covered deck. Wolf and Sub-Zero throughout. The kitchen and the outdoors read as a single space when the door is open.
Primary Suite and Bath
Vaulted ceilings in the primary bedroom, a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity with light oak cabinetry, and a walk-in closet — all en suite. Every other bedroom carries the same standard.
